Do not use this company. They don’t answer their phone - I needed to use them to repair my furnace as I had no heat. Only to learn they actually weren’t taking appointments until the following week but never communicated that to me, which delayed getting my heat turned back on.

Tony was assigned to us for a First American home warranty claim after our furnace blew a fuse yesterday morning. He was able to make it out the same day by noon, which was fantastic turnaround versus the usual speed that a home warranty claim moves. Once he arrived, he was able to determine the problem very quickly, which turned out to be a dead shorted furnace gas valve. My warranty assigned this provider to me and let me tell you, they are AWFUL at communication. Apparently you only get one chance per day to answer your phone then two business days later, you haven’t heard back. Then as soon as I contact my warranty provider, they MAGICALLY answer. The woman was very rude over the phone and gave me 3 more days out when I’ve been playing phone tag for nearly a week already. I asked if they couldn’t get out any sooner and she just flat out said no. So I refused to even be serviced based on he... read more
