If I could give this title company zero stars I would. There was no communication from your company regarding the sell of a property I had under contract. If your title company isn't investor or wholesale friendly you could of stated that instead of having everyone waiting 2 weeks for a title search you clearly did not do and only finding out 4 days before our scheduled close date that it isn't happening.
