Treats everyone like they are an athlete – I have had multiple experiences with this place. When the place was called Physiotherapy it was excellent. When the place changed hands it totally changed. The place is now owned by the physicians at the Orthopedic Center of Excellance. The physcians are team doctors for a number of aports teams in columbus. Yes, they are busy, but EVERYONE was professional and caring – I could not disagree more with the other review. Yes, they are very busy. And I did not see anyone being pulled in so many directions, as much as I saw teamwork. In the area, in which I was treated, the therapists helped each other. They were all very professional and caring. I would use them again anytime, I needed physical therapy, after a surgery. I never once felt because they were busy, that I did not get superb care. Unprofessional – I’ve lived a good, hard, life and as a result have been to a number of physical therapists and physical therapy clinics. My experience at the Ohio Therapy Institute was one of the worst I’ve had. I’ve actually never had a bad experience until I went there. Truly my personal physical therapist was good, but the overall experience was poor. The clinic is a zoo and the individual therapists are overworked like you can’t believe.
