I called in for more information, and the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude, and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, and kept cutting me off everytime I tried to speak, then forwarded me to a recording that had nothing to do with why I was calling, so I called back, and she did the same thing; ignored what I was saying, and continued interrupting me, instead of listening to why I was calling.
