Waste of time! I was told this was an urgent care, only to hear they can’t do any lab work, Imaging, Or any other testing. I was told I could go to another OSU urgent care down the street. Seriously?
I hate leaving negative reviews but I've been there twice and it's been too bad. I once had a mild eye injury and scheduled an evening express care appointment for 6:30 pm. I just needed an eye ointment. The nurse practitioner though literally told me that I can lose my vision overnight and sent me to the East ER. She also told me that my insurance won't cover an ophthalmologist in the AM, so ER would be my only option. If you’re looking to be treated with respect, this is not the place for you! I am really happy that the employees in that office knows what goes on day to day! But, the general public and your patients do not. I was treated like an absolute moron for not knowing that I couldn’t get a flu shot here… When I scheduled the appointment on MyChart for my Flu Shot… And to the NP that made me feel as if this was my fault because my voicemail box was full… Yikes! OSU Express Care is truly the best! They offer excellent access to care, making it easy to be seen promptly when needed. The customer service is top-notch, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!
I received care and advice here that was inaccurate for my condition. If I wouldn’t have gotten a second opinion at another OSU location my health would’ve been at risk. Not thrilled.
