Holly RDH is a phenomenal hygienist! Not only is she clinically superior, she has a wonderful personality. Dr. Messina is a fabulous clinician and incredibly knowledgeable dentist. I highly recommend OSU Upper Arlington Dentistry
The receptionist needs a new job and the answering service lady needs to take a class in customer service. She's terrible at her job
The receptionist is an extremely rude, arrogant, and unhelpful lady, with a noticeably bad attitude. She often takes minutes to acknowledge people, even when they greet her politely. Instead of reviewing insurance information, or giving them any balance information, she immediately pressures visitors to swipe their cards, showing little effort to assist. Dr. Messina is the single best doctor or dentist I’ve seen ever. I asked him for his opinion about something and he helped where I believe most doctors would not take the time. It was refreshing and made a huge difference for me. He’s a decent man. I wish he was a Jack of all trades. I’ve seen doctors of myriad professions for myself, family and friends. I had an amazing experience here! My hygienist (I believe that was the woman who cleaned my teeth) was amazing!! She was so helpful and they’ll even clean your retainer/night guard if you ask. Such a great added perk. Highly recommend.
