This Dr. has horrible bedside manner, in reading the reviews I guess it doesn't matter your race or does it? She should not be terrorizing any more patients ever again! I'm a disabled Marine Vet and referred to her vulvar clinic, she had no regard rushed me to get undressed, she drilled, debated, and had no patience with me when I miss-spoke only because was confused. I had a video call set at 1:45. No one called me. At 2:30 I called again (after multiple attempts to get a hold of them) to cancel my appointment. I prepaid for this visit and asked if I would be refunded, she said “probably. But I don’t know.” So, I called billing and she told me “they just didn’t feel like reversing it.” And had to go in to manually reverse it. She said it will “probably be back on my card in 3-5 days.” Super frustrated dealing with all of this, esp with a toddler at home during nap time (nap was at 1:30 b... read more

Dr Donaldson showed no sympathy towards me after explaining in full detail about my skin. He even tried to prescribe a medication that I have tried previously that did not work. His method of treatment offered was a complete waste of time. The doctor came off as though he knew nothing about my insurance coverage and did not even bother to check to see what was covered. I left the office before the doctor returned from finishing a conversation with whoever while I waiting in a the room.
