Doctor. Check in. Staff all nice. But from the doc communications to the nurse Communication there seems to be a disconnect. Two visits video and in person as resulted in multiple phone call and emails. The nurse is never In the same page with what Doctor said during the appointment
Friendly and professional staff that I have been in contact with during my appointments. The only problem is the work currently being done on their parking lot.
Parking is horrible and the staff is a joke. Don’t be 5 minutes late to your appointment, even if they have no place for you to park it’s your fault and they may turn you away. I’m now waiting watching patient after patient go back and be taken care of. Whatever right, I already have had to put my life on pause and go on unemployment to get by while waiting over a month to get in for the injection.
