Very impressed with this facility. From being greeted at reception, an efficient, timely check-in, the prompt intake from the department waiting area to the examination room, followed by a prompt and thorough visit with the specialist, my first visit to an OSU Med Center really impressed this decades/long OhioHealth client. (By the way, the OhioHealth Rheumatology folks never contacted me with the referral from my Ohio Health Primary Care physician, so she sent me to the OSU Rheumatologists and I saw them 2 days later!)

The check in and wait time was awesome I came early so I was the first one in! It was my first time seeing a new dr there. I researched someone in my network of drs to go to for the knowledge of what I’m dealing with. She’s a hour away from me but I drove it anyway. She listened and took the time I needed. She answered every question I had. She sent meds and scans that day. I got my scans and bloodwork done she answered back same day with a plan on what’s next. Still find it a bit difficult to understand the doctor. Her attention to the patient is great.
