Rented from OSP for 2 years and had no major issues. Very responsive to maintenance requests and keep the properties in good condition.
I rented from OSP for 2 years and it was my favorite apartment I have ever rented! My location was on Dorris Ave in Clintonville which is super close to the Olentangy Trail (basically right in your backyard!) which made commuting to OSU super safe and easy by bike. This location was at the end of the street so it was very quiet with lots of nature around like deer, birds, and other critters! Can’t recommend them enough. No issues at all in the last couple years. They’re always courteous and responsive to needs. Maintenance issues get resolved promptly with no hassle.
I rented from Ohio State Properties for two years from 2019 to 2021 in a Upper Arlington and absolutely loved my experience with them. Not only are their properties very well-maintained and properly cared for, I felt just as cared for as a tenant with great communication and response to any maintenance items. I highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again!!
I have rented from OSP with roommates for four years, ongoing. For the most part, this has been a positive experience. The property itself has been great, although older homes in this area have a few quirks and this isn’t any different.
