Great, responsive landlords. It didn’t feel like we were working with a company at all, it was more like dealing with a private & understanding landlord. Maintenance staff was great too, highly recommend.

The best off campus experience accessible. If you plan on living in a home with roommates, ohio state properties should be your first consideration. They are extremely helpful with any home issues, the owner is willing to lay down his own time and money to assist your home needs. I lived in one of their duplexes in Clintonville for over 5 years. We loved working with them. Any issues we had were resolved in 48 hours or less. The staff were always kind and transparents about their process and procedures. Our rent increases were minimal each year and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy while on the property. Highly recommend renting from this managment company.
Rented from them my senior year of college and had a great experience! Always had great communication and would address issues quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone on campus!
