I have rented from OSP with roommates for four years, ongoing. For the most part, this has been a positive experience. The property itself has been great, although older homes in this area have a few quirks and this isn’t any different. The company has been very responsive to maintenance requests and is prompt to get them resolved. These are the worst landlords I have ever had - by far. If you are hoping to ever speak with or email with an actual human being, don’t lease with them. Never once did we reach someone on the phone when we had urgent maintenance issues. They respond via email with no name signature at all - it is extremely odd. I am baffled at all the 5 star reviews, when me, my roommates, and our duplex neighbors all had highly unpleasant encounters with them over and over. Great, responsive landlords. It didn’t feel like we were working with a company at all, it was more like dealing with a private & understanding landlord. Maintenance staff was great too, highly recommend.
Super graceful, super punctual and will not give you the run-around. It was the place I lived in during undergrad and it was a breath of fresh air. If you’re struggling to find good property management by campus, check them out
