The receptionist and M.A. were friendly, pleasant and resourceful. The M.A. did an excellent job of taking my blood for testing--I had no pain and minimal bleeding from the needle site. The physician was very knowledgeable and kind. I am impressed with the level of care associated with OSU Primary Care! "A+" !!
