Im so happy with the service i recieved. I have never had anyone pay attention to what im saying and address more than 1 thing.
Emma, my nurse practitioner, is very thorough and kind, and listened to all of my concerns and didn’t make me feel like a nut case lol. Erica, the nurse who drew my blood today, was amazing and made getting bloodwork not so bad. Only have been here twice and am extremely happy with all of the services so far :)
Very nice people at the front desk and dr. Bechtel was super nice and very gentle!
Dr Bechtal is a kind, caring, and competent doctor.
Dr Betchel and staff at the OSU Pickerington officer are kind, respectful and most importantly on time. I thank them for their professionalism
