It wasn't my blood pressure. I should have checked my sugar which had been low all week. It was 42 and I had to work each time to get it up. But you did give me exceptional service in your aims to try to get my blood. Your aims were definitely exceptional in trying to get my Bloodwork

After traveling abroad and requiring stool tests to rule out parasites (cyclospora!), this office continually ignored problems that occurred. First the lab order code was wrong so the osu lab would not accept my sample. Then when I took the order to quest diagnostics, the order had incomplete information. It’s been over 3 weeks waiting for these results and no one has been in communication with me. I’ve made 7+ calls to try and fix their issue and am still waiting to get a simple stool sample result.
