This place has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I'd rather starve, pay more money or go out of my way then give them my business. You would think after so many years in business they would know how to talk to their customers. No more. I hung up on them. VERY RUDE!!!!!!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I don't know how they stay in business – Every time I call here, it's always a hassle. I've given them the benefit of the doubt a couple of times because we liked their pizza (depending on the day). However, the staff is rude, they decide when they want to take orders, they take the phone off the hook etc. I called this evening and was informed, "we can't deliver there tonight because we are short on drivers". This pizza will make you orgasm – Ohio State Pizza is one of the BEST pizza places EVERRR! I love that they deliver to my house at 3am. The pizza is SO good, I scarf 5-6 pieces down so fast I dont even remember eating it! And there are always really good specials on pizzas. Also, their chef salads are totally worth getting. Actually, Im eating some pizza right now, cuddled up in my Snuggie, about to watch some Greys Anatomy. I 100% recommend Ohio State Pizza. My favorite is pep and cheese with pineapple.
My favorite pizza in Columbus – I know a lot of people who hate this place, but I LOVE IT. It's cheap, the pizza is good, and contrary to what's been posted here, they've always been nice to me. And they are ridiculously fast. I ordered 8 xl pizzas once for a work party and they were ready in 10 minutes. So, I would say, give it a try - it's either your style or it's not, but it won't cost you much to find out.
