Poor use of my time and intellectual
My son is doing aquatic therapy.
Horrible service!!! I checked in 5 - 10 minutes late and a tall older looking lady with too long hair and inappropriately high heels refused to message my therapist about me being there. She also scolded me for being late. Will not return because of this. I will go to Orthopedic One or Nova Care, or somewhere else. She is rude!
Physical therapist are very good !
