Atway, podiatrist at OSU Gahanna had been unhelpful, unresponsive, and wrong in the treatment for a serious and painful problem in my foot I turned to OrthoNeuro where the help was immediate and effective Don’t bother with the canned response I won’t be returning to this healthcare branch at all. Dr. Atway and his assistant were very respectful and clearly explained what needed done to treat my ingrown toenails. No pain during the procedure and very little pain later that day and afterwards.
The nurses and the women at the front desk are nice but the doctors especially Dr.Atway just writes you off and not helping or really engage with you. Never coming here again.
