RecommendedThank you so much to Juan and other staff at Ohio State Optical! A nose pad fell off my Silhouette frames and I needed a replacement in a hurry. Dr. Fox is amazing! She is very kind and patient! She had been trying to get me into the right fit of contacts because my eyes were not adjusting well to them. She had sent back several pairs, sent contacts back to get them specially cleaned, and had me back in a few times to adjust the fit. Every time I call or come in, I am treated with kindness and compassion. I finally have a pair that are working for me! Thank you Dr. Fox, and all your staff!
I love Ohio State Optical! I have been a patient here for 10 years, I can not say enough about Dr. Fox and the beautiful staff. I refer all my friends and family to them. Carla is wonderful as so is Michelle. They are like family they take very good care of me.

When calling on the phone they were very polite. We had a situation and they were able to get us in. Georgeann at the desk was so kind and helpful, Dr, Fox was very thorough and we were very impressed. She was sincere and concerned. Thank you very much,
Dr. Fox is wonderful and excellent doctor. However the sales lady that sells the glasses is not the friendlly and I will not buy glasses there because of how she treated me and my daughter. This is just a case everyone things they can sell something but really are not a people person and should not use pressure tactics to sale. Too bad. :(
