My provider is wonderful and I really like all the staff. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and caring. I have to say that I much preferred the department's previous building for its greater convenience, accessibility and also it's much warner feel.
Overall the facilities are nice. But the pool is freezing! We were looking forward to using this with the kids in the winter time and my child sat there and shivered. It’s not just that the water is cold, the place is cold. The showers in the women’s locker room are cheap and there are no amenties to help, like a hair dryer or even soap in the showers. The pool is a nice area, especially with the shallow kids play area but with two classes going in at the same time, we couldn’t really swim in the main pool. For such an expan... read more
Had to go there for an appointment. Front desk staff was so protective of entry. Extremely disrespectful. Also, bouncing ball sounds in medical rooms. Annoying.
