I had a scheduled infusion in November while I was on maternity leave with my infant. I brought her to my infusion because I had no alternate child care. I was refused at the door and told that it was policy that no minors were admitted to the infusion suite. While I understand if that is the policy, it is not stated or posted anywhere. I tried looking at MyChart and the OSU infusion website but no such policy was stated. I was very upset because I was there for a critical medication to treat my chronic renal failure. They welcomed me immediately and were very friendly and efficient at giving me my infusion and no problems at all
The infusion center in Dublin ( Ohio State Hospital Dublin) is phenomenal! The employees are kind hearted and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this facility and their employees! They are THE BEST!!!
The staff at the Dublin Werner medical center is awesome. They are very professional and conscientious, making me feel very comfortable in having my infusion there. They were always asking if I needed anything.
The entire staff was very wonderful. Two people stood out from the other staff members. 1. The Valet driver who was so patient and nice that I decided to switch shoes as he was waiting kindly for me to get out of the drive set. My shoe was a little to far away for me to reach without touching the cold ground with no judgement he pulled it on for me.
