*edit:Their customer care did nothing at all. Julie Warnecke the person seeing me here is SO UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL! She will not order the tests I need to get the treatment I require. She ordered some basic tests and when they didn't immediately show red flags she refused to order ANY further testing. Must be nice to sit up in your office and just deny people life saving care because YOU know better as a frickin NURSE. I need a REAL DOCTOR to see me and take care of me this woman is going to end up letting me pass away... read more

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE! I'm very disappointed with the way that I was treated today by "Doctor" Julie Warnecke. I've never experienced anything like this in my life! My appointment was going great until it was time for Julie to do her job, in which she didn't want to do apparently. I arrived at 2:40pm and immediately got taken to registration and the appointment went downhill from there. The first nurse did my ekg, she was very nice and professional.
