This rating is due to several factors. My previous doctor and the office staff receive a 5. The new doctor I was assigned because my previous doctor left receives a 2. She was fairly judgmental in her tone but backed off when I held my ground. More feedback below. The billing and financial issues receive a 1. This is the 2nd time I feel swindled by OSU. Best family practice in town. Dr Pannu is an incredible GP and the staff at the Thomas Rardin Family Practice are all kind and professional.
