Although it was a busy period staff were polite, poised and provided excellent care.
The associate taking my information was not a very pleasant person & it was like she didn't want to be there. The PA was more pleasant but sent me to a different location to get an X-ray that did not do X-rays after 5 pm so I didn't receive an X-ray until the next day. She was supposed to call me with the results but instead she just sent a message of what the diagnosis was & long paragraphs giving what could be done to release the pain. I needed an xray but they didn't have this service available. I was told I could go somewhere else. I called another urgent care to confirm, was told they have xray capabilities, but I get here and they can't do it either.
I was visiting my brother and his family in Columbus, OH from eastern PA. I went to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I was seen in urgent care for a problem with my leg. They made the process very simple and there was no waiting. Not only did I get ignored by the nurse practitioner I was with but in my after care summary notes it says that I have no UTI when that’s not true and I was denied anti-nausea meds when I was adamant I needed them
