There were so kind and understanding.
Everyone from the receptionists to the doctor were friendly and they were professional. Informed me every step of the procedure.
They were very sweet to me. I was scared and they comforted me. Let me know everything was going to be OK. I would not choose any other facility. Ohio State is the one for me. Thank you so much for being who you are and what you do.
I have been going to this location on and off for three years. I will never go back. In early 2024 they I effectively treated me for a condition that was later resolved with over the counter medication. They overcharged me, and I had to go through a huge issue with my insurance provider. Then today, I showed up admittedly 7 minutes late for an appointment.
