Awful experience and a huge nightmare to deal with. I was billed $480 for a basic adjustment and TENS therapy on just one area—despite having platinum insurance that explicitly covers chiropractic treatment. My responsibility was $400!!! I even called my insurance ahead of time to confirm coverage. When I contacted the office to clarify the charges, I received vague explanations and absolutely no help in resolving the issue. OSU integrated health is great
Oh my gosh. I almost don’t want to write this review and have more people fill these appointments. That’s how good my massage with Ardie Sayoto was. I came in with extremely tight shoulders from sports and he was able to loosen everything up. I could barely stay awake during the appointment because the relief and relaxation was so intense. I left feeling like a new person. Truly the best sports massage of my life.
Saying this place is a joke would be an understatement lol. Make fun of patients, pocket money at their expense with make belief treatments. Hard not to laugh at times. 1 star is a glowing response. Looking back 5 years later, thank you. Thank you. Clowns.
