Hospital system is extremely disorganized, horrible unsanitary place and hospital staff spend more time harassing the identify family members than taking care of actual patients who need it. Most physicians don't explain what they are doing and why they do it and this is coming from a person who worked as a nurse and a physician assistant for 25 plus years.
Clinical staff is wonderful. BILLING IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Constant changes to your bill even after making multiple payments MONTHS later. No one has time to sit and monitor and try to figure out where the changes came from month after month. UNACCEPTABLE.. Lastly, applied for financial assistance showed "under review" and days later was completely erased off my account. With that being said I won't be returning.
Our hearts continue to be grateful for the doctors and staff as they guide us through this unexpected journey with our adult child. Their support and expertise have helped us to help the one we love.
I have had a wonderful experience at this location for psychiatry services at Ohio State for managing my ADHD. It is OSU Wexner, so it does take a little while to get in with a referral from an OSU primary car provider (like anywhere these days). Every time I call with a question or need to change my appt, it is done seamlessly and office staff is very friendly.
