We took our cat to OSU vet clinic on February 18th for what we considered was an emergency situation. This place is horrible. The men ALWAYS hurt you and are way too aggressive, not to mention unprofessional and always cussing when dropping something or when messing up. Dr. Kepler was his name. Now that’s just the beginning. Now I was supposed to get my braces off 4 weeks ago, but they scheduled me 6 weeks out. My wife had lingering covid symptoms of a tight chest after 2.5 weeks, so no longer contagious, and they recommend she come in to get checked. Then the doctor said they could not see her TO LISTEN TO HER CHEST because it was potentially covid related. Know not to count on good care on every trip to the Brain and Spine Hospital Last week I had my first Chemotherapy treatment and I was taking are of in a great and caring way; couldn't ask for better care. Yesterday I went to get my second round and it was like sooo bad, it was hard to believe I was at the same Infusion center. Take care not to let the weak or frail friend/family member be treated in this manor.
I received terrible post operative treatment. I would never return to this facility but for very minor procedures. My surgeon did a good job. However I either had a reaction to the anesthesia or I was overdosed. I partially awoke to find aids dressing me & insisting I leave. I was super ill and nauseous. I was dizzy & could not hold my head up unaided. I asked for more time to recover, but they refused. I was so sick I couldn't even lift my head enough to see the aid's faces. I had a resident dentist dr krost after going to the school for work on my teeth. He was very strange and said a couple things that were very unprofessional. 1. I'm tired of people coming from west Virginia to get their teeth done here .2. This is a one dimensional x ray I need a 3 dimensional, ok that's my fault? I went for an evaluation and asked for a quote which could not be given on the day of my appointment as with most dentist. Then the doctor said I needed another appointment for him to even provide it. They were not up to date on my insurance and what was covered and could not provide information as to cost. They are behind the times in terms of ease of records transfers to other dentist. I had one x-ray and had other appointments within the next few weeks.
