I feel this hospital only sees people as cancer and can’t imagine that something else could be going on in their body besides cancer. My father has been a patient for over two weeks has not improved and they only want to treat cancer related symptoms. Right away they started pushing “Do Not Resesitate” and making him comfortable. I first saw a dental student back in May and she created a dental plan for me and I was scheduled to have two implants done. I actually had a tooth pulled to actually have the implant done this dental student and told me that she was not able to complete my my dental plan because she had already done implants this year she would have to take and send me to another student who could finish the implants for me. I was in this morning with health concerns about a UTI. I have bad anxiety, and the staff mad me way more comfortable than I was expecting. Angel checked me in, Stacy was my nurse, and Dr. Kravitz was my doctor. All three of them were so incredibly kind and made the visit much less intimidating. It was quick and painless. The staff here is amazing.
Had the misfortune of meeting Dr. Petrulis. After the worst and I mean worst appointment of my life with one of the most disturbing humans posing as a doctor my overall opinion of Ohio State Neurology is poor. They wouldn't even allow me to see a patient advocate. I literally had to shut the front desk down to get a patient advocate. I am very saddened to be writing this review. As a member of the vet community and former OSU grad, I have always held OSUVMC in very high esteem. It was always the place you go for top notch care and a supportive experience. When my own pet needed emergency care in November, I didn’t hesitate to take her to OSU over my own former employer, Medvet, due to this reputation. Sadly, the experience was anything but supportive. I give this hospital a -25 stars!!!!!!! My 18 daughter was admitted into the Harding Hospital for confusion and lack of sleep and it was horrible!!! They were first giving her medication without putting it in her chart. She had also fallen and they didn't put that in her chart. They were given her unnecessary medication to keep her drugged, they put her in isolation where my daughter was beaten and they tried to kill her after I visited with her and ask them to do a transfer referral.
