The atmosphere, the respect from the staff, the cleanliness! Everything about OSF is 5 star! Frank and his team truly care about you and your goals whether that be staying fit or competing! They are very knowledgeable and help in every way they can!

Fantastic gym experience! We stopped in for a workout and were welcomed by Frank, the owner, who was incredibly nice and personable. He took the time to give us a thorough tour, and we were impressed by the excellent facilities, the great variety of equipment, and how impeccably clean everything was. A bonus surprise was the availability of snack, energy and meal options for members.
