Great group and professional. Really happy with my Tahoe that they sold me at a good price. They also provided transportation from the airport which was 1-1/2 hours away. Staff member, Bill picked me up and driving back to "the ranch" was a lot of fun. Great guy. I have purchased, probably 20 cars in my lifetime and never had such a pleasant experience.
Went looking for a car for my mom after her car was washed away from the hurricane in Florida. Aaron was very helpful, understanding and patience with us on insurance and paperwork. He made this process go smoothly in a short amount of time we had and I highly recommend him to any one who is looking for a vehicle. They have many nice vehicles and he is willing to work with you.. Don't hesitate to sit down and talk with him. I will look there first when ever I need.
Aron was my sales person at the used car facility in Galion. From the beginning I communicated with him via messenger on market place. And I finally ended up going to the dealership to review and test drive the vehicle I was interested in. Got to say Aron was a real pleasure to work with very respectful and patient.. never any pressure. Very pleased with the customer service at this location. We went on a Saturday morning looking for a used car and Aaron was very helpful from the get go. He was upfront, honest and patient when we wanted to test drive more than 1 car. The car we came to look at he even had waiting in the garage for us to take it out. Would highly recommend Aaron and MotorRanch of Galion if you’re looking for a nice used car!
