Excellent experience with amazing results. I am three weeks post CO2 laser resurfacing treatment performed by Dr. Gandhi. I am 65 and though I didn’t have deep wrinkles, my biggest concern was very saggy skin on my entire face especially around my upper and lower eye lids, cheeks and jawline. I visited this clinic for laser hair removal for the first time and had an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. I was particularly impressed with the streamlined tablet check-in process. Dr. Gandhi performed the laser treatment with expertise, making it both painless and seamless. I’m looking forward to returning for additional treatments in the future! Highly recommend.
The physician assistant demonstrated an exceptionally poor bedside manner during my visit. I underwent a surgical procedure on the underside of my foot, yet I was instructed to walk out of the office wearing my shoes, without the provision of crutches or pain medication. Furthermore, I was denied a doctor's note for work. In my opinion, this establishment represents the most substandard medical practice I have ever encountered. Took me over two months to write this. Lady at the front is a bit rude and treats people as if they’re not intelligent almost? They told me to leave and reschedule after I paid them $75 because I told them I wasn’t sure what was cheaper (full body check or one spot check) and I got concerned they didn’t know their own policy. The doctor I saw straight up looked at me and said, “I know you’re concerned about these spots.
