It was very easy to get my FBI background check that I needed to renew my teaching license! Patrick was very courteous and professional in handling my request, which was very much appreciated. I had a sling on from a recent shoulder surgery and he was compassionate and patient through the fingerprinting process. Patrick was also through in explaining the results process as well.
