Switching banks after 26 years of having the same account. My mobile app was suspended due to a check that was considered questionable fraud. It was not a fraudulent check, I wrote myself a check from another account and deposited it into my checking. Even though it is a valid check, I am suspended from my app for 30 days. Contacted multiple people at the bank and was told that the computer is not able to release the suspension, it has to run the full 30 days. Worst. Bank. Ever. Have had many problems with them for years; good thing for them I have been too lazy to switch banks--up until now. The last straw is that they want me to pay 50 bucks to replace my debit card faster than 10 work days. Way to stick it to me, New York Community Bank. You suck.
