RecommendedOhio Restoration Solutions replaced our roof recently and did a fantastic job. Excellent customer service and communication and they helped us figure out all of the ins and outs of our insurance claim. They also did a great job cleaning up after, which was important to me since we have young children running around in our yard. Highly recommend!
We just had a roof replaced by Ohio Restoration Solutions. It was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend their services. When their representative came on site to give us an estimate, he found damage that was not readily noticeable, which may have easily been over-looked by less-experienced person. When the insurance adjuster came, the Ohio Restoration Solutions rep. was there too, and it was obvious they had a great working relationship. All in all, they made it an easy worry-free experience.

In the summer of 2015, Bob Thomas from Ohio Restoration Solutions came to our door to sell roofing, on the good reference of our friend, Bill. I listened and said Ok, show me. So by the time we were done, he found hail damage on 4 of our buildings, replacing some with 25 yr and lifetime shingles, some were commercial buildings. I only had to pay the insurance deductible, I was sold. The roof crew worked till 8 pm. at night and when they removed the old shingles, we swore they made music in unison. Bob from Ohio Restorations did a fantastic job of getting the cost of our porch windows to our price point. Very professional and the installtion was top notch. We had 2 doors installed a year later and they did another great job for my wife and I! I highly recommend Ohio Restoration Solutions.
We had our windows replaced and Ohio Restorations Solutions were very respectful of our property and did a wonderful job. They made sure everything was properly put in its place and the old windows were taken away. Our Sales person, Bob Thomas was very helpful and even can out to oversee the job as it was being complete. I highly recommend them.
I dealt with Bob Thomas. Very professional and polite. Always called me Mrs. Hupp. I called him about my roof leaking, was here quickly and inspected my roof. He tarped my roof where it was leaking and met with my Insurance claims adjuster and my roof was covered. We had lots of rains and the start date kept getting pushed back. Very understandable. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Roach. My home was in need of a roof repair before it was able to sell. Brian was honest and a great representative for me since I am living down in Mississippi. It was wonderful having someone on site who could see and assess the damage to the roof.
