This company is a complete waste of time. I wish I would have listened to my Realtor and HVAC company when they suggested they have never heard of this company. I did exactly what I was told to do and NOTHING was covered by under the warranty.
This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The owner has not only been rude to my wife as their customer, but also rude and bullying to the plumbing company that she referred for us to use. Instead of listening and answering question she talks over you and acts completely rude. After corresponding with my wife for ever a week I finally called her.
