I just finished title transfer. Should have chosen a different company. There were charges from them, (acceptable), the seller's title company, (split costs), and a 3rd. Was told, it was a 'partner' title company that helps with the research, legwork and some paperwork for this company. (Sounded odd) Claimed the survey company delayed turning in results.
