There were 3 inspectors that looked at our 1000 sq ft home before we purchased it. They missed termite damage in the crawl space and $80k in structural damages. Would not recommend.
So far we haven't had any issues but my inspection report says that the attic could not be accessed. After closing I located the attic access in about two seconds and there is no way it was blocked or unable to be found or accessed. It is in a very clear, easy to find and access location. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Otherwise the inspection was thorough but this was a big red flag to me.
I recently bought a property at 617 S. Maple Ave. and a individual the name of John Helmick I paid upwards around $550 to do the inspection and he found a problem with the water heater and he relayed the message to the seller to get it fixed, and now the seller claim they got the job finish, which he was supposed to go and check to make sure it was finished and that cost us an additional 200 and some extra change around ($230) now he signed off that it was finished which it wasn’t and I have paperwork showing it was never fi... read more
I would give them a ZERO - Their very poor inspection and lack of missed issued including a major defect in the roof cost us lots of money. Seven roofing companies spotted many defects from the ground without getting on the roof. Within the first year the roof and soffits had to be replaced. We hired a lawyer and filed suit against them only to find out when you sign to receive your inspection report you are releasing them of all liability. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.... This was the worst decision I have made when buying a home. I am a military member with a heavy work schedule and could not view my home before purchase. I trusted this company to inspect my home. After a stressful closing, hours of travel, and relocating my family, I got into my home and had a hole in my ceiling, a leak in my HVAC system, cabinet drawers falling off, vents that were unservicable, a cement hole in my garage and more... all I asked was for a refund and I have been getting the run a... read more
