I had a great experience at this Primary Care clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The provider listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I felt that my health concerns were taken seriously, and I appreciated the time and care they provided. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for compassionate and professional primary care
Absolutely ridiculous!! After scheduling an appointment 6 months in advance and showing up 20 mins early for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, I ended up waiting about an hour just to leave the waiting room. Not yet to be seen. I missed an unnecessary hour of work and had to explain to my supervisor what took me so long. Definitely not pleased.
I was very disappointed with my experience. The place does not seem to have an organized system, even if you have an appointment. I had an appointment at 11:00 AM, but I did not get to see the doctor until 1:30 PM. That is a very long wait. The place was also very hot and there was no air conditioning, which made the waiting experience even more uncomfortable. I hope they can improve their appointment system, reduce the waiting time, and make the environment more comfortable for patients.
