Counter people kinda well nevermind just could improve on customer service
We had to get our truck towed into Ohio Peterbilt. They were very helpful and super kind to us in identifying the issue with our truck. Unfortunately due to the high exchange rate we opted out of get them to repair the engine and had the truck towed back home. They were still very helpful with that and that was such a blessing. They also gave us a ride to the motel and picked us up in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. Thanks guys for your awesome work and hospitality.
You guys are awesome. Biggest peterbilt I've been to. Needed a radiator, got right in, and did a very thorough job. Super clean facility and big lot for trailer drop. Thank you guys very much.
I had my Peterbilt in service for the clutch replacement ., they did a great job and the manager Mr Ken kept me with all updates of my truck daily ,I highly recommend them .
Always great service at this location. Service department keeps me hauling down the road all year round. Great guys.
