Great guys- we use them at my workplace
I called to set up new service. After a discussion, I decided on the option for quarterly service and made arrangements for the first visit. After coming out, I continued to see the pest problem, so I called and they offered to come back out and give it another round. From there everything seemed fine, until I later realized that they never came back for the next scheduled service. No phone call, nothing. I've not heard from them now in over a year.
