Literally called 3x to book an appointment only to be told each time my referral couldn’t be found. Had it sent over each time. The lady with an accent on the phone was also very rude and when I asked what her name was so I could reference it, she wouldn’t give it. I don’t leave bad reviews but this was just not ok. I was so fed up, I found another place.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Soin since he first started out. I broke my neck 16 years ago in a car accident. Over the years I’ve developed arthritis, bursitis in both hips. I also have arthritis all down my back. I have a pinched nerve, but, it can’t be fixed due to a rod from C-5 to T-2. I still suffer from other things as well, but, Dr.Soin tries different things and ways to minimize my everyday pain. His PA and the rest of the staff are always ready to help and very kind.
