Mike was great to work with and will definitely be buying from him again.
The salesman Mike lied to me about the vehicle.I purchased being wrecked, it was wrecked and he.Lied when I asked him if the vehicle had been wrecked.So do not trust anything this lot tells you .....Update, I purchased my vehicle on June the 12th the Ohio department of motor vehicles processed my title on July the third and today is August 5th, and I still don't have my title . I was told that the title went back to the dealership. So now, do they not only not tell the truth? They play childish immature games with property. ... read more
I do not recommend working with this place. Have very bad communication and take advantage of people who are super familiar with car lingo. Very disappointed.

I purchased a used Subaru from Mike here. Good price all things considered, good miles, good carfax. Its been about a month now and I love the vehicle. There’s some nice people working there. I only had one grievance and it was a communication error; however Mike has worked with me on it and it is resolved. If you know what kind of car you want, and they have it here; I think it would be worth heading to Parma to check them out.
