It seems you can find cheaper inflatables elsewhere, but OMG seems to focus on quality products and service. I've personally organized several multi-day private and public events with OMG as the main attraction and am nothing less than satisfied. If you want the cheapest bounce house in the area, keep searching. If you want a new, clean inflatable, or an event to satisfy groups as large as 2000 people....OMG is the place to check first. I've had nothing bud good luck with these guys. Although they've grown significantly, you can always get a manager or owner on the line if needed. We've used them for 4 school functions, and at least 3 or 4 more private parties in the last 2 years. The staff is nice, the delivery drivers are clean-cut, and the one time I had a problem (if you can call it that!) , it was resolved immediately by phone and a follow up email from the owner.

I would not suggest using this company. We rented a slip and slide unit for 2 days. The delivery was on time but the unit delivered was not close to the unit pictured on their website or in the email confirmation we received. Pictured unit had large arches going down the slide that sprayed water, unit we received was just a slip and slide with a hose. The hose was the wrong hose and just a typical garden hose, which obvisiously doesn't work on a 30' slide. The delivery man's solution to this mistake? Take a knife and poke a ... read more
