I built an entire house with supplies from these guys. I cannot complain about the products or the people that load you up... But the service after the sale STINKS. I have waited for 3 years for these guys to get a factory rep to come look at my bad windows. My recommendation to anyone, if they dont have it in stock, dont buy it from Ohio Lumber.
