I was not happy with how my grandfather was treated here. We had a terrible experience.
It's the best. I have been in 4 facilities and this place is by far the best. Theropy food care. All ways.
I want to remind people that when in rehab at Lake Vista and there is a problem, management is unable to correct something if they are unaware of dissatisfaction. Communication is the key to having a 5 star rating.
A big shout out the staff is great thay really took great care of my mother she is walking and talking so good and the room's are clean food was good I appreciate all the hard work thay do
