I would like to recognize Dom. I was going through a tough time and his patience and willingness to listen and help really gave me the confidence that things were going to be ok. This place is seriously lacking in care and compassion. If you have a choice on where to send a loved one, choose somewhere else! We ignored the negative reviews. Won’t make that mistake again!
If I could give less than 1, I would. This place has major communication issues amongst their staff and their staff to families. They lack training and procedures. While caring for vulnerable populations, one would think they had a little empathy, but from our experience as a family of a patient, it’s nonexistent.
I tried to call to check on my son to see how his transport went and everything they refused to give me any information kept telling me that they did not have anyone by his name they still are refusing to let me see or talk to my son I don't know what's going on and this is unacceptable this place needs shut down
