The lady at the front desk that answers the phone is incredibly rude, every time I called she gave a me a half answer and rushed me off the phone. A most horrible. Terrible. Genuinely a bad place. I felt like I was in a Stephen king novel. I was terrified and no one around cared. I begged them not to put me in the basement. I think I was given a shot of some kind. The so called staff is completely I ignorant but are allowed to call themselves nurses. T made fun of me I was there 9 days. Severe Safety Failure and Medical Negligence I cannot express how dangerous this facility is. As a former Corrections Officer with 6 years of experience, I am shocked by the lack of basic safety protocols. I was 'pink slipped' here and placed in a unit with former inmates I had previously supervised male and female—a massive conflict of interest and safety risk.
