Todd was so simple to work with. One quick phone call and we set everything up. I ended up needed to add a service on last minute and he accommodated easily. I am not local to where the inspection always and we were able to do everything virtually. His report is very comprehensive with detailed photos and descriptions. I could not recommend him more.

Todd was on time and did a through inspection. He was very easy to work with. When he was done we walked through the house and went over everything he found and answered questions I had about thing I had concerns with. I will definitely use this company in the future.
Todd and Jamie were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire home inspection. They kindly kept me updated to various things they came across so I could see firsthand what would later be covered in the home inspection report. The inspection report itself was delivered promptly and included all of the findings and recommendations found during the inspection.
