I have worked for this company most of the 15 years it has been around. I would just like to say that this is a small family run business. They have never specialized in pediatric care nor have they ever changed their name. (As stated in the previous google review). There are a couple other home care agencies with very similar names that are quite often confused with us. I have been with this agency for about 10 or more years. During this time I was sent several aides that couldn't deal with animals, or mess or just didn't show up. It is because of one aide who took the time to get to know me and what my disabilities. I was in need of more hours than she could cover, so I asked for a aide to cover the hours and I waited for them to send someone, but after being in contact almost weekly no one was sent.
