This rating is solely for front desk staff. I walked my elderly mother in who was in pain due to car accident. She ask a few basic customer service questions and the response was rude and unwelcoming. We decided to leave for another ER…. The front desk receptionist ruined trust before we could meet the actual providers.
Just left from there due to the white male (bald) registration clerk and the black lady security guard thinking it was funny to make fun of my husband for still having is tools on him after working all day and having to quickly bring me to the Er. The registration clerk waited until my husband realized he forgot his tool in his back pocket and walk back to the car to run over to the security guard like a female to make a joke about it. Well, this location has earned my respect back, iv had to utilize this er 4 times over the last 6 weeks for dental abscess,(i do not go to hospitals at all) it started with a dental abscess, then puemonia,then another dental abscess today.I went around 2pm 5/13/2024 on a Monday and the front desk receptionist was so friendly, as well as security guard, i was seen promptly by a PA and let me just say she was wonderful such a kind soul actually listened and cared about how I felt and took care of my concerns,I have no Dr at th... read more
I've been there twice and never had to wait long at all. EVERYONE (other than the front desk person) including security, was very friendly and professional. They made me laugh even though I wasn't feeling well. Kudos to them for the service they provide.
Omg waiting is so long I take my kid there I stay like 3 hours waiting outside. And another 3 to 4 hours waiting at room. If u don’t have enough working stuff tell as waiting will be long so we will go different locations.
