Waited and hour and a half in extreme pain, they did NOTHING to address my pain, but they sure made sure they got my payment information and insurance. I told them I was going to leave and search out help at another facility that will due to their lack of giving a darn. They just looked at me and said bye. I loved OH until this experience and now I'll NEVER give them another dime of my $. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT NURSES WHO CARE AND ARE CONCERNED ABOUT YOU.

Came into the ER here last year because I had serious knee pain after I had injured it the day before playing tennis. It seemed like no one wanted to actually help me. Just took 2 x-rays of my knee and said I probably sprained it. No one looked or touched my leg. No one even offered to wheel me back out to my car afterwards either. I could barely walk. Fast forward 2 months later and I'm getting a MRI showing that I have a completely torn ACL/MCL. I am now 6 weeks post surgery of my knee. Such a horrible experience. I would ... read more
