I have been a patient of Dom Dera's for 20+ years. The front office has always treated me like family. They respond amazingly quickly to the online messaging or calls and have never failed to get me in when I really needed to be seen. It is a very consultative relationship with my doctor and NPs. This is why I continue to pass many offices on my way to this office for so many years.
from the front desk, to the nurses, to the NP, to Dr. Dom Dera this office is first class and efficient and most of all caring every time.
Excellent staff and amazing Dr. Richard James Dom Dera. I highly recommend! I have been his patient for many, many years.
Front desk staff is extremely rude, unprofessional & disrespectful. I wish the providers were Atwater of their behavior.
